	We make it as easy as possible for you. We have pre-selected and priced an excellent cross section of Cabin and Cottage plans. This allows you to choose a plan, adjust the specification to meet your needs, then order that panelized package. Contact us for information regarding deposit, delivery time, and shipping.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I do it all myself?

Cabins.ca provides materials and a 'system' that allows the owner/builder, as well as the contractor, to be involved with their project. We do recommend that someone be on site that understands the building process and framing, other than that, the 'system' is exceptionally straightforward. Having the walls pre-panelized really assists the owner/builder with saving time and money.

Are you a modular builder?

A quick answer is no. We are basically one step beyond conventional 'stick' framing by taking the plan and panelizing the exterior as well as interior walls in a controlled plant before delivery to site. We then supply all the materials needed to get your home to a 'lock-up' or dried -in stage, thus, the Cabins.ca package home.

What flexibility do I have for designs and plans?

Cabins.ca was founded on the premise that if we provide a good variety of plans that are pre-priced, then the customer would be able to select the plan that best suits them and have it ordered and delivered promptly. If you still have a desire to have custom designed plans, then Allpro Building Systems can assist you.

What are the financial benefits?

The U.S. dollar is worth @ $1.20 in Canada, add to that the world recognized Canadian building quality and materials which in most cases exceed the U.S. codes, and you have a practical reason to explore the AllPro System. We also do not charge State tax and under N.A.F.T.A. there are also no duties/tariffs payable from Canada.

What about shipping costs?

Shipping would vary depending on where you are building. We have plants in Vancouver , Ontario and  New Brunswick. Therefore, if you are building in Eastern U.S. or Canada, we would ship from either Ontario or New Brunswick.

If you are in the Western area's, we would ship from our Vancouver facility.  We have shipped as far as Florida from our  Ontario plant very cost effectively. Most Cabins are 1-2 loads based on a 48' flat deck load.
